The Board
It is the governing and representative body responsible for ensuring compliance with the foundation's purposes and mission. It does so through steering, advisory, and oversight functions carried out by the president, vice president, secretary, and trustees.
President: Bill Saad | LinkedIn
Bill Saad is an internationally recognized entrepreneur. He grew up between Canada, where he studied economics at the University of Montreal, and France, where he spent two years at the Sorbonne in Paris, before returning to Canada to complete an MBA at the University of Quebec. He is the founder and president of the Tara For Women.

Julian Saad is a coach and advisor working with founders, leaders and families around leadership, relationships and human development. As Vice President and co-founder of Tara for Women, he helps shape the foundation’s strategy, culture and long-term vision. A thoughtful and people-centered leader, Julian is a trusted guide to the team, bringing clarity, perspective, and empathy to the Foundation’s growth while ensuring Tara continues to evolve with purpose and stay true to its mission.

Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. His professional experience includes serving as CFO of Fritermia S.A. from 1999 to 2006, and CFO of Topigs Iberica Group from 2006 to 2010. Since 2010, he has been working for Jota2 Group as CFO in Spain and Portugal.
Board Member: Enrique Zouein
Enrique is the Investment Director in Real Estate. He holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE University in Madrid. Enrique joined Tyrus Capital from Tyndaris. He has extensive expertise in structuring and executing real estate and corporate transactions across asset classes, jurisdictions, and investment products, including preferred equity, mezzanine and senior debt, NPLs, secondary lending, and direct equity. Enrique is a member of the board.

Passionate about technology and innovation, with a strong background in Computer Engineering, an MBA, and master's degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing, as well as a PhD in Quantum Artificial Intelligence. As an entrepreneur and investor, he combines his technical expertise with a strategic vision to drive cutting-edge projects. Outside the professional sphere, he enjoys his facet as a guitarist and pilot, always looking for new challenges.

Alex is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in launching innovative products. He is an expert in blockchain and decentralized business models. He studied in Russia and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business/Managerial Economics. He also studied at IE Business School, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is currently the co-founder of Secure Data Exchange Solution and Artifact Labs. He is a member of the board.

An engineer by training, Jorge has built his career in the aerospace and energy sectors. He served as President of Rolls-Royce in Spain and was a board member at Industrias de Turbo Propulsores (ITP). He currently advises several investment firms and is a member.

Oscar Saad is a distinguished economist with a PhD in Economics and decades of experience in development, financial strategy and social impact. As the father of our founder, his values, vision and unwavering belief in the transformative power of opportunity have shaped the heart of Tara for Women.
Oscar Saad provides strategic guidance and a human centered perspective that continually strengthens our mission. His mentorship reminds us that true change begins when we invest in people and when we give women the tools to lead, innovate and uplift entire communities.

Mary has a background and experience in Information Engineering, where she developed a deep interest in technology and project management. During her academic training, she received several awards for academic excellence and actively participated in research projects focused on improving operational efficiency and implementing innovative technological solutions. Her passion for technology and its positive impact on society has driven her to continue learning and growing in the field of social entrepreneurship.

With over 20 years in Financial Management and a deep focus on social impact, Malena brings a strategic and rigorous approach to the Foundation. Drawing on her specialized training in NGO Management from ESADE, she leads Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships at Tara for Women. Her mission is to build sustainable alliances that empower female entrepreneurs, ensuring every project generates a real, measurable, and lasting impact.

Carolina has developed her professional career in the field of Human Resources, training, recruitment, and administration, both in Venezuela and Spain. She holds a degree as a University Higher Technician in Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Law. Currently, she holds the position of HR Generalist in the group's companies. She is a member of the advisory board and is responsible for everything related to human resources at the Tara for Women Foundation.

Alejandro is a senior investment banking executive and corporate strategist. He is currently the CEO of Latam & MEA at Jota2 Group (Multi Family Office with over $600M AUM), leveraging his deep expertise in investment advisory and corporate development for multinational enterprises. He studied at IE Business School, where he earned a Master in International Management, among other postgraduate studies in financial management and control, and Big Data and Business Intelligence. He is a member of the advisory board and mentor.
