Access to and/or use of the website www.taraforwomen.org and/or its subdomains (hereinafter, the “Portal”) confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice. The User undertakes to use the Portal and its contents diligently, correctly and lawfully, refraining from: (i) using them for purposes or effects contrary to the law, morality or public order; (ii) reproducing, distributing or modifying the contents unless authorised; (iii) carrying out any act that may damage or disable the Portal or third‑party systems.

The contents of the Portal are updated periodically and efforts are made to ensure that the information is accurate and up‑to‑date. Tara For Women does not guarantee the absence of errors and is not responsible for the use made of the published information or for third‑party content that may be accessed through links or embedded content (for example, third‑party players).

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, Tara For Women is the owner or licensee of the intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents of the Portal (texts, images, distinctive signs, design and navigation structure).
