Through tailored mentorship, project financing, visibility, and access to a global network, we provide women with the tools and opportunities to transform their ideas into sustainable, high-impact projects, unlocking their potential to shape the future and create meaningful change across families and communities.
Our Story
Tara for Women was born from a deeply personal story.
More than two decades ago, our founder, Bill Saad, lost his beloved daughter Tara. From that loss came a lifelong commitment to giving back, and, years later, a question that would shape our foundation: what opportunities would he have wanted Tara to have if she had been given the chance to grow?
The freedom to dream. To learn. To build something of her own. To be heard, supported, and given a real opportunity to succeed.
Inspired by Tara, and by the women who shaped his own life, Bill created Tara for Women to help give those opportunities to other women.
Today, her name lives through every woman we support, every idea we help move forward, and every opportunity that has the power to reach far beyond one person.
Because when a woman thrives, her family, her community, and future generations can thrive with her.
This is Tara’s legacy. And it is only beginning.
