2. Purpose
These conditions govern the financial donations made in favour of Tara For Women through www.taraforwomen.org (the “Website”), both one‑off and recurring, as well as their management, processing and incident regime.

3. Nature of donations
Donations are gratuitous, do not constitute a sale or the provision of services and do not generate any consideration for the donor. Consequently:
Donations are not subject to the 14‑day right of withdrawal provided for consumer contracts.
Donations are definitive and irrevocable, without prejudice to the claim or chargeback routes that the card issuer or the payment platform may offer according to their own rules.

4. Accepted platforms and means of payment
Donations are processed exclusively through certified payment platforms: Squareup, Stripe and PayPal.
Accepted means: debit card and credit card.
**Bank direct debits or SEPA direct debits are not accepted.

5. Recurring donations
Recurring donations are made only by card (debit/credit) with the periodicity chosen on the Website. When activating them, the donor:
Authorises the platform to make the corresponding periodic charges.
May cancel future charges at any time from the management system of the payment platform or by writing to info@taraforwomen.org within reasonable time before the next cycle.
Acknowledges that charges already made are non‑refundable.

6. Payment processing and authentication (PSD2/SCA)
Payments are processed directly by the platforms indicated, and their terms, anti‑fraud controls and security measures apply.
Some transactions may require strong customer authentication (for example, 3D Secure).
The issuing bank of the card may authorise or deny transactions for reasons of security, limits or verification of the holder.
Tara For Women does not access the full card data nor can it intervene in the authorisation process.

7. Claims, refunds and chargebacks
Given the irrevocable nature of donations:
Tara For Women does not make refunds of amounts correctly processed.
Incidents such as unrecognised charges, fraud, technical error or duplicates must be handled with:
The card issuing entity, and/or
The payment platform used (Squareup, Stripe, PayPal), in accordance with their claim or chargeback procedures.
Tara For Women will cooperate by providing the available information that is officially required by the financial institution or platform.

8. Certificates and justification
Where appropriate under applicable tax regulations, Tara For Women may issue certificates of the donation, provided that the donor has correctly provided their identification data.

9. Personal data protection
The data provided will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Spanish regulations, as described in the Privacy Policy published on the Website (purposes, legal bases, assignees/processors, international transfers, retention periods and rights).

10. Electronic communications
The sending of informative or promotional communications will be carried out only when the interested person has requested or authorised it beforehand, and may object at any time through the unsubscribe link included in each message or by writing to info@taraforwomen.org.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules establish another forum, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (capital).
