Tara’s Circle 2025: Where Purpose Meets Innovation
On November 25th, something powerful happened in Madrid.
Ten women from different corners of the world stepped onto the online-stage of Tara’s Circle 2025 with one shared intention: to turn their ideas into impact. Behind each project there was a story of resilience, curiosity, science, and a deep commitment to making the world better than they found it.
This first edition of Tara’s Circle was born from a simple belief at Tara for Women:
When women have access to capital, visibility, and mentorship, entire communities move forward.
From 149 Projects To a Global Stage
Our II International Entrepreneurship Call: Women in Technology received 149 applications from 4 continents. Biotech solutions, femtech innovations, circular economy models, technology for health… all led by women who decided that “good enough” wasn’t enough.
From this incredible pool, 10 finalists were selected to pitch at Tara’s Circle 2025 in Madrid — not just in front of our jury, but also mentors, allies, and potential investors who can walk with them beyond the foundation.
The event was opened by Bill Saad, Founder and President of Tara for Women, and honored by the presence of Kareen Rispal, Ambassador of France to Spain, the first woman ever to hold that role. In her words, the future will be fairer, more innovative, and more resilient when women are fully part of decision-making and technological progress.
A Jury Committed To Impact
The finalists presented their ideas before an exceptional jury of leaders from business, science, sustainability, finance, and social innovation:
Patricia Arboleda – President, Women in Tech Spain
María Cudeiro – General Manager Southern Europe, Evolus; recognized by Forbes
Teresa Mañueco – Director, Fundación Moeve & Sustainability Director, Cepsa
Marta del Castillo – CEO, Social Nest Foundation
Ángel Rivera Congosto – Former CEO, Banco Santander España
Their experience and sensitivity helped ensure that each project was evaluated not only for its innovation and business potential, but for its real capacity to change lives.

Creating Bridges, Opening Doors, and Multiplying Impact Beyond a Stage.
While not all finalists were awarded, the impact of the day went far beyond! Every founder had the opportunity to present her vision to a room filled with mentors, allies, and potential investors, opening doors to new conversations and collaborations. In fact, three of the finalists are already in contact with members of the audience following their presentations — a powerful reminder that visibility, connection, and opportunity are just as transformative as funding.
We are building a global movement where women’s ideas are seen, funded, and mentored, and where their success becomes shared progress.
